Sue Hurley
Owner/Developer
Suzibelle Internet Enterprises
A Las Vegas resident since 1983, Sue is originally from Chicago.
Sue began working in management and marketing in Chicago where she worked for the
Illinois Housing Development Authority as Assistant Marketing Administrator, and
as Assistant Property Management Administrator. While working in Chicago Sue received
her Bachelor of Science in Commerce, magna cum laude (major in Marketing) from DePaul University.
Fed up with the cold and waist-high snow, Sue moved to Portland, Oregon where she
spent 3 years as Regional Property Manager in charge of hiring, training, marketing,
and budgeting for 12 properties in the Portland metropolitan area and Salem, Oregon.
Fed up with ruining new silk blouses in the rain, Sue traded in the rain for the lung-searing heat
of Las Vegas. For 10 years Sue worked for Property Management Companies in Las Vegas, Newport
Beach, and Encino overseeing the operation and training in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and
Southern California of as many as 2900 rental units in as many as 14 locations.
Through her training and hiring, Sue's properties achieved a 30-40% increase in traffic to
rentals conversion ratio, and her properties achieved anywhere from 10% to 22% increases
in occupancy rates due to various marketing strategies coupled with the aforementioned
conversion ratios.
Fed up with traveling between Las Vegas, Phoenix and Southern California on a weekly
basis (Sue never liked to fly even BEFORE all the long lines and security shoe checks ...
there's a story about Sue, an airport security person and a belt buckle, .... but that's
for another time ...)
Sue took a mind-numbing, stressless (HAH!) job in a Strip Hotel while she studied
website development and ventured out into the abyss of internet marketing. For the
last almost four years Sue has been building a body of knowledge through a combination
of formal class and hands-on experience. Sue kept her hand in traditional marketing
during this period by developing herself as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant,
building a team of 12 and winning the red Grand Am that is the stepping stone to the
infamous pink Cadillac.
Realizing that she was more of a Geek than a Rally Girl, Sue phased out her Mary Kay
business and has been concentrating on continuing to develop her internet marketing skills.
After 20 years in Las Vegas, her lungs still seared and sand still under her contact
lens, Sue offers her internet marketing experience to those who want to reach their
local market, but have no interest in becoming computer geeks to do it.
